Edgardo Madrid started his career by graduating with two Bachelor’s Degrees in Civil Engineering and Surveying from the University of Chihuahua, MX, in 1991. In 2000 he moved his family to Pecos, TX. He was given a senior management position at a civil engineering firm. He was responsible for developing plans, specifications, estimates on proposed projects, and report writing for all projects. In 2004 he was offered the Director of Public works position for the City of Pecos, which included the water, sewer, sanitation, landfill, and street departments. Over the nine years with the City of Pecos, Edgardo implemented and promoted a Water Conservation Program and Drought Contingency Plan that is still in effect to this day.
He also obtained funding for constructing a new wastewater treatment plant, promoted the development of a new landfill, and obtained millions of dollars in grant funding to improve the airport, utilities, and streets of the City of Pecos. In 2015 Edgardo Madrid and his son Edgardo J. Madrid started Edgardo Madrid & Associates. Edgardo is responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations, pursuing new contracts, supervising quality control for clients, preparing construction schedules, and promoting growth and development strategies.

Edgardo J Madrid graduated from UTPB with a degree in Business Management. In 2015 Edgardo J Madrid and his father started Edgardo Madrid & Associates. Edgardo J Madrid began as a laborer learning the field skills necessary to build water and wastewater projects. These skills proved valuable in being able to lead projects and be a great estimator for infrastructure improvements. Edgardo J Madrid oversees all company operations, including estimating and bidding, subcontractor management, company financials, budgeting, business development, branding and marketing, fleet management, personnel management, and company growth development.

Jorge Chumacero graduated as accountant from Chihuahua University in 1990. Jorge’s professional life as a Financial controller started for transnational manufacturing companies known as “Maquiladoras, “and having served in plants in Europe and Mexico provided a solid background in financial systems, taxation, and quality procedures for the Automotive Industry. After devoting fifteen years to the manufacturing industry, Jorge decided to make a significant change in 2012, accepting a financial controller with an oilfield construction company located in Odessa, TX.
Since then, Jorge has had the opportunity to apply his experience to develop and improve existing financial and accounting principles. Jorge has achieved his IRS recognition as a tax professional and is focused on extending his expertise to support middle-sized corporations’ planning needs. In the Spring of 2020, Jorge was invited to work for Edgardo Madrid and Associates LLC, where he was offered the Finance Manager position.
